Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for customers:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 9–17 business days (Canada & Europe) and 9–19 business day (international excluding USA). 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like holidays, weather, or carrier delays. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and your chosen shipping method. We strive to keep our rates competitive and transparent. We offer free standard shipping for most products!

For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

Where We Ship

We proudly ship to Canada, Europe and International excluding USA. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at FlowingFulfillment@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your request.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). You can use this to keep an eye on your package’s journey. If you don’t receive a tracking number or have trouble accessing it, just let us know!

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Lost Packages: Contact us within 14 days of your order’s shipment date, and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it or provide a replacement/refund.
  • Damaged Items: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

Important Notes

  • Canadian Tax Compliance: Shipping charges may include applicable taxes (e.g., GST/HST) as required by Canadian law. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
  • Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
